We try to keep registration as simple as possible and so we have one download with everything you need. In this document you will find our co-op handbook with guidelines and expectations for students and parents. Following the handbook are registration and agreement forms for you to fill out ahead of time. Once you have completed these forms you can email them to the co-op directly with “Registration and Consent Forms” in the subject bar.
For PEP students:
All teacher meet the requirments for Elective teachers and the co-op might also fall under Home Education Instructional Program. FBCNP Music Co-op is not responsible for denied reimbursements.
